    Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with the Apex rock sliders? Which option would be better 0 degree or 25 degree? Looking to order soon.

If its who i think it is, then you have no worries. Quality work.
0 degree is flat almost like a running board.
25 degrees tucks it up and towards the rocker panel.
O degree = best door ding protection
    25 degree = less protection

Cool thank you. 25 degree better protection for sliding on rocks (objects)?

The idea with angling the sliders upward is when you come down on a rock or ledge onto the slider, you don't get hung up on it like a 0˚ angle might...rather its more likely to push you off the rock while still protecting your body panels. Kind of like how a slider kickout helps you pivot around obstacles that you run the slider up against.

Granted I don’t have the sliders you’re asking about but I prefer the angled over 0°. I think @eon_blue covered it pretty well. With the angled you’ll still get protection away from the rockers/door dings because it still protrudes out. I’ve got 20° on my 2nd gen RC but I think you can get an idea.

This^^^^.. and if you have a long bed, the kick out at the end is extremely helpful. A step up into the bed as well as push you away from potential damage. Until you need a high clearance rear bumper. :D
Different brand.... but 20 degrees with kick out. As you can see, I found a angry rock that missed the slider.20210217_140231.jpg
