Little bit of this and that
Fuck that noise. We're suppose to go in at 9am tomorrow, but that all depends on how much it snows tonight. Between power being down and my internet being down I've pretty much have written this week off.

They are calling it working remotely! Haha. I have answered a few phone calls and emails and that's it.

Think I've got the city calmed down and good with a plan for coverage (that does not involve me) set for tomorrow. Hopefully.

Pretty sure the wife has the Kung-Flu... looks like we’re all on house arrest until Sunday.

That's crappy timing. Hopefully places start to open back up and roads clear out so you can get some feel good stuff.

They were going to make us report tomorrow too, hell or high water.

The only thing that will stop us is if the lab is in a boil water area. Eye wash stations aren't considered a safe first aid measure if they give you dysentery.

    :fingerscrossed:

Yeah, it sucks. We all feel off in one way or another. I’ve got my normal sinus junk that I always get this time of year, but she’s got the whole achy muscles and shortness of breath stuff. So, I think we’re venturing out to a new dr tomorrow to get her officially checked out. Teledoc didn’t want to give her any meds. Basically googled her symptoms and read her a list of recommendations I’d already found. $100 wasted. Oh well...

Boss says we might go in tomorrow as well, decision will be made by 10am. And by the way, we will also need to talk about hours missed / pay owed for not going in all week... :jerkoff:

I know my bosses are stressed about the productivity thing, but I really wish I was tight enough with them to give a friendly attitude adjustment.

A lot of our people are going through some stuff right now. Don't add to their issues by making sure everyone is ready to hop in their cars by 7 whenever you make your daily go/no-go call. Or at the very least, check in with your direct reports.
