East to get someone account password reset.

remember when you posted your stripper name was Dirk Diggler because your birthday was the 17th of April? Well that quiz is aggregated with all the others that tell a computer your full birthday, the street you grew up on, your pets first name - now think what the security questions you answered are for account recovery?

    Yahtzee.

so they can get into a legit profile pretty easily. And then post a car for sale “will ship” or pull that “send you check now for delivery fees coverage” etc etc thing.

    yup. Scamaroo.

    Close, but not quite.

The bed dimensions on mine are 82 wide x 12 long. 24" deep plus I've got 2x10's in the board holders for some extra.
14k capacity (less the weight of the trailer that leaves roughly 10,500 for cargo)
Of course, I'm not towing it with a Tacoma, lol.

If you can find it, what's the kwh use difference? ..and just two people in the house? That'd be pretty apples to apples for my situation if so.

My electric bill went up around 50% across the year when the girlfriend moved in, I think most of it's from the extra shower and the fact that she does laundry nearly every day (cold washes, but the dryer is electric). In one day she'll have pajamas, yoga clothes, work clothes, and another set of more comfortable clothes to wash so it adds up. She pays the electric bill though so I don't care if it's $200 .

Timbrens are a must for a trailer like that; Tacoma leaf packs are weaksauce anyway so the Timbrens will help a lot. On the other hand, they'll mean your truck rides like sh*t.
    1) If you use it as intended, it shouldn't pose a problem.
    2) Brake controller is a must. So is setting a proper gain based on what you're towing.
    3) Not if you use your head. Nobody uses a dump trailer as intended; weight adds up much faster than volume most of the time so it's really easy to overload if you're not paying attention. Keep it out of OD when you're towing and watch your weights. You'll want to especially pay attention to your tongue weight on a lighter truck like that. Too much and you're overloading the truck and you risk damaging it; not enough and it'll play crack-the-whip with you in no time flat. My advice is that as long as you're towing it with a mid-size truck, don't put any boards on the sides to increase your volume unless you're hauling something like leaves or feathers.

Edit- Also, you'll probably want to load your tractor backwards, especially if the rear tires are loaded.

My most recent bill is for February and runs from 1/12/21-2/9/21. KWH = 1047

From this same bill, it tells me last February = 1474.

I discussed this with my wife and we can’t think of any other differences in electrical consumption other than the water heater.

If I make that proportionate to my latest bill, I'd save around 260 kwh in a winter month. That's pretty significant! Thanks!

Interesting, the MassSave one just says "licensed plumber". Our facilities manager is a licensed plumber and he's done a few things for me before. I wonder if having him do it would meet the requirements--he'd definitely charge me less than calling some random company. I bet piping, fittings, and his labor wouldn't be more than the rebate.

Look at the form. It might just need a name and a license number????

To add onto this - usually you can get rebates for those fancy dancy thermostats too. I don't remember if we did the rebate thing. We got a nest, the circuit board/something on it failed, they sent us a new one right before we went on vacation (thankfully), so we had that and were able to control the heat from Florida, and then like a week after we got back the thing stopped sending the signal to call for heat again. Still worked, told us the internal temp, and the setting, and that it was like 55deg and was calling for 65, but just decided "nah, I don't ACTUALLY want to send the signal".

Ditched it, went for a Honeywell (wifi still) one instead, and have had ZERO issues since - almost 3 years. It does all the fancy stuff location learning etc, we just set the schedule ourselves. Probably don't need the fanciness, but it's nice to have and know that when we're away, we can check on it if shit goes haywire.

    Nest: :luvya:

First setup was without the C wire, which we didn't have. Second time was with the C wire just to give it the best chance it could have. Still jacked it up. So, no more!

Thanks for putting this up. I know in RI, National Grid has their own stuff too on their site. Haven't really dug into it lately, but a few coworkers basically got a nearly-free solar panel array setup with the rebates.

    Welcome!

I believe that's code-driven. 'Technically', you aren't supposed to do any of your own plumbing in the great state of MA so, 'legally', anything that gets installed needs to be by a 'licensed plumber'.

I think I put quotes in enough places there so you get where I stand on the issue...

I had a cottage on the MA coast that we sold a few years ago.

I wanted to automate as much as I could - part of that was a conversation about the Nest with my oil guy. He said his company would NEVER install a Nest thermostat. Period.

He went on to say they would demand customers remove theirs or else the company would drop them. He said it was due to a fire risk... I’m glad you seem to have gotten out of your situation unscathed.

I ended up putting in 1) a Honeywell wifi (prolly similar to yours) 2) one of those thermostat switches on a lamp (that turns it one if the temp drops below a set temp) and 3) a wifi camera that panned, tilted and zoomed (for monitoring the lamp, thermostat and driveway and front door).

Only once in the 7-8 years we owned the place did I have to call family to check on the place when that lamp lit.

It was a pretty slick set up if I do say so myself..
