Glad you’re back up! So many of those hill country communities that will suffer longer than the rest because the recovery resources aren’t there.

Maybe go back a governor for that noggin’ tap...maybe 2. Definitely ready for some ERCOT noggin chopping now. :censored:

Our family all over the state finally all have power now, and we’re just waiting on water pressure to come back. These frozen/burst pipes all over are the new disaster issue.

We just got Internet back - so nice to be able to get off the phone! I can type! I can telework!

Speaking of work - time to go convert effort to paycheck. Y’all have a great day!

Never been more impressed with my Tacoma than I was yesterday. Up and down ice/snow covered hills with zero problem. 4hi and slow and steady. A big ole F350 was not so lucky. Arse end in the ditch and nose pointed to top of hill. He got out, engaged his hubs and finally got the nose pointed down hill and off he went. Was kind of hoping he'd ask me to pull him out. :D

    Stay safe out there Dewayne.

SRV , one of my favorites. he use to have the frets on the guitar replaced as he wore them out from bending the strings with super strong hand

Good morning. 12* and climbing. I think it's almost over. I enjoyed the snow. Now it's time to move on to spring and get some work done. Lots of golf to play and places to see.

Even though its a crappy quality video I love it - I know Lonnie was one of Stevie's idols and he was on top of the world being on stage with him. Every time he peeks out from under his hat with that shit eating grin on his face makes me chuckle... and I do believe that SRV was holding back, he could have played harder but he didn't want to outshine Lonnie out of respect for him

I was stationed here in Austin when the crash happened. This town fell apart.

Nowadays there are SRV statues EVERYWHERE around here. You'd have thought that he was a civil war general or something.

I'd post before and after pictures but the taco just looks embarrassing right now.
It's been 2 1/2 weeks since last bath.
I know it will look bad in a day. But just gotta get this layer of salt crap off.
