Apparently I’m lying to myself and others if I say I’m content with my 4 banger 5 speed. This thread started with me saying I somewhat regret not getting my 4 cyl in a reg cab.

D bag here drives a 4 door 3rd gen sport (shocker). Just wanted to share a laugh with you guys.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish with this post, but a lot of us third generation owners were 1st and second generation owners. Either way doesn't matter what gen you own most everyone on here is willing to help each other out.

That was a joke in itself, I guess I should’ve said some. No offense meant to the cool 3rd gen owners who don’t feel the need hate on other peoples choices

Part of growing up is realizing that the worth of a man is not tied to his possessions.

Don’t worry about it. The most badass man I ever knew drove a beige Volvo because his wife felt safer in it.

I guess MY point is that when you are comfortable with yourself you don’t have anything to prove - and comments about what you drive, etc. just become white noise.

I’m driving a Corolla while my Tacoma is in the shop getting a TSB done, with 3” of snow on the ground and I’m still at work. Usually it’d be white noise, but as a result of all that, I’m in a pissed-off-argue-with-assholes-on-the-internet mood lol
