Eh I have the clothing and gear to deal with it mostly. Bunch of hand me down stuff from when my parents were stationed in Michigan. Plus we barely lost power in my neighborhood.

Meanwhile a buddy of mine hasn’t had power since Sunday night. I loaned him my surplus sleeping bag system. I’d have him stay here but my roommates are assholes.

Supposed to be 66˚ here today, pretty cool for us considering it was almost 80 yesterday

That's what happened here a couple years ago (mostly in northern CA) when they were having those massive power outages from the fires. Generators were like gold

Thought I was gonna be fancy and get all new Chevy 63s from RockAuto... maybe I'll just brave the cold and rusted bits and pull some. $317 for new ones shipped. Only $120 for used
