2019 Taco 4 x 4 off-road .... is that orangish/red dash surround called Inferno Red? bdtrims refers to their Inferno Red as being red and not a match for my OEM color. Was there another red available for my Taco or is Inferno the only red/orangish the only one. I'd like to order from them but want the correct color match

The inferno dash trim is a match to inferno orange, the color was stopped in 2018, but the dash trim kept going.

Inferno orange, black, and silver are the only 3 colors I know of that the trim came in. But at one point you could get red door and dash panels (the textured parts your arm sits on in the doors)

You can though remove your trim and paint it any color you like.

EDIT: Some places call it inferno red, but its not inferno red, its inferno orange.

Toyota says the color trim is a dark orange color. I think the only other dash color is gray (it might be MGM)

Correct. The dash bezels only had four colors - inferno, black, silver, and gunmetal gray.

When you say dash bezels.... does that also include all the pop off trim around the air vents (both sides), around the gear shift, and the door panels? Mine are gray. I wish they were black.

I have thought about taking off all the trim pieces including the steering wheel trim and painting them quicksand to match my truck and other quicksand parts. Maybe I should research that on here, I am sure someone else has done that and might have posted some advice.

DIY. You can purchase OEM spray paint from Amazon.

Outstanding. That looks great! I will be doing the same. I have most all the "de-chrome" interior parts from MESO already. Except the door handle covers. I am waiting on them to come back in stock.

But I will be doing this for sure. I wonder if getting the trim off the steering wheel is doable........or would that be too much........hmmmm.

Thanks for posting this. I am researching this project now. Just to make sure I do everything right so the paint adheres good.

My 2019 has the inferno dash bezel and corresponding orange stitching on the seats. I think it looks fantastic with the black interior and I have added a few more items to really highlight the color in my truck interior without going too crazy! taco .jpg

Before removing steering wheel logo, disconnect battery cable. MESO has overlays for steering wheel. Also, I believe the interior black door handles are back in stock.

Lightly sand bezels prior to painting. I took my time and sprayed on several light coats of paint.

Yea, I already have one of the overlay's from MESO in quicksand. I was referring to the trim part on the steering wheel .....this is helpful.

Cool. I was hoping for the quicksand ones, but perhaps I should grab what I can and sell them later on. ?

    Thanks

Thanks. That makes sense. I am wondering if one can of factory spray paint will do all this......lol. Might just get two and perhaps do the door switch trim parts as well. hmmm........this project keeps growing.

I dipped mine white back in april. I thought it was cool until I realized that it rendered my dashcam quality useless because of the glair it caused on the windshield. ended up removing the plasti dip and now I'm back to mgm/dk. gray

I went ahead and purchased four black door handle covers in black. Better black then the chrome. Once MESO gets the quicksand in stock I will just gift the black ones to someone. Thanks for the heads up. Spence
