You sound like me. I have way to many hobbies. Guitars, guns, cars, Dobermans, Bourbon, I can go on forever.

I need ammo, this shit sucks right meow.

Nothing too exciting... maybe a little rust
Haha, same. I bought a motorcycle last summer and I thought my wife was going to have an aneurysm. "Between your truck, guns, whiskey, golf and now a motorcycle we are never going to get a new house!"

Wanting to throw a decent low powered scope on one of my ARs. I have always shot iron sights, in the military and civilian world. I’d like to scope it for my youngest son. Any suggestions on scope and mounts? Not looking for top of the line, or the bottom of the barrel either.

There's a good number of decent scopes, but all of those will be under $1k to get setup

+1 on @Beretta4x4 recommendations. I run the PA SLx 1-8x24 in an Aero mount on my DMR. Great glass for the money.

We were on a grid like that in MD, only time we ever lost power over 24hrs was after a hurricane came through. Other than that power losses were minimal. 30-40 min at best

Ok I just mounted this scope last weekend and as an after thought considering doing this with a 45* pic rail adapter

Anybody know how far above the rail the adapter sits I'd hate to have to buy a set of high rings these mediums have the scope down tight to the rifle with a 44mm objective. Theres about 1/16 to 1/8" clearance between the bottom of the scope and rail.

Fun little project just getting started

I like the PSTs,,,, I have a couple in 5-25. That said, the Strike Eagles are good too, if the PST is over budget. I haven't tried any of the 1- powered, but the 5-25 have glass close to PST,, the turrets are mushier, but decent. Not a deal if you're not a PRS shooter or another discipline you're having to dial quickly and accurately.
