Haha, agreed. I used to have a license plate that read RJHRH (real jeeps have round headlights).

 

I had that sticker. Then TJ's came out. Funny, all the chrome on my CJ just reminds me how trends change. That shit was what was cool when I built it. Now it's way out of style. But I'll be damned if I'm spending the money to black it out.

 

That looks damn sweet. I might actually have to consider getting a wrap on mine soon...potentially in a dark matte gray. Did you have the door jambs done?

Just don't sell it...I sold my '83 in 2009 before I left CA for Okinawa. I regret that sale to this day.

 

Times would have to get awful tight for that to happen. I've had it since I was 16. DD'd it for 4 years until I realized that while girls thought it was cool AF, they also like to be cool AF and I bought something with AC.
