    I'm running Hawk HPS pads on EBC Sport dimpled/slotted rotors.

    The rotors were a freebie so I can't complain, but if I had to actually pay for them they're not worth the $200 unless the cool look is worth it to you.

    The Hawk HPS pads are a good buy, but I'm going to try the LTS pads on my next go around. The HPS work well until they get too hot, which takes 4 or 5 repeated stops from 60mph. Around where I am thats pretty common driving.

    Goodridge stainless steel lines are the single best investment I've made to the brakes. It gets rid of that spongy feel and I'm very happy with them. They're just time consuming to install and you must have flare nut wrenches.

    turbo KN Filter 3" Lift Kit Rock Sliders TRD Skid plate ProComp 285/75R16, Removed. FJ Wheels w/ 265/70R17 Delay wiper switch 168xxx miles, engine lost compression at cyl 1. Replaced with pulled engine with 63k miles (non Turbo).
    truck has 84k, no issues with brakes but need new pads now. 6 lugs oem rotor with 17" rims/tires.
    I have a F150 with drilled rotors and ceramic pads that I am very satisfied, so I was thinking about ceramic pads for the Taco;
    so I called Hawk and salesman is telling me that HPS pad are better?? so I am asking feedback from anyone that are using either one.
    trying to decide which works best.
    Appreciate any comments
