Hello I am currently installing the Meso chrome deletion kit and I am having difficulty removing the climate zone piece due to a plastic tab that extends up under the led screen. Wondering if anyone else dealt with this and had to remove the led screen or what did you do? TIY

Did you watch the videos on the website or YouTube?

Also can you post a pic of your progress where you stuck at. That might help a little.

Just loosen the 4 bolts holding the HU in. Don't even have to remove them. It can be lifted up just that little bit needed to clear the tab

U can work it out without taking the stereo out. Flex and fold it upwards

Yeah. The only times that I have pulled the head unit was to do something behind it.

As mentioned. The only time you’ll need to pull the console apart is if you do the 4x4 knob. The rest just pop off with a small flat head.
