Scott, I've got the X-ATs you are welcome to do a driveway tire swap and try them out if you come out to Bridgton. They've been good. They do measure taller than my friends KO2s of the same size. Mine were like 33.1x11.5 on 285/70r17s.

thanks for the offer, bit far of a drive for me from Thomaston, But I may at some point take you up on that. I have to make a trek towards NY in a few weeks to pick up my Skidplates, I do want to make sure the fronts clear (I believe I will have to do some trimming at the rear fender well on the driver, and a passenger sides.. its a bit tight, but I have no rubbing at this point with the 265/70/17's... 144009277_10158026746102794_5770995649562971867_n.jpg

I do have a spacer that will give me about a 1/2" of lift... so that should help... I'll hopefully have that installed before I ride out there...

Who has the GFC in Bridgton? I am assuming you are a town resident since you were at the dump.

A buddy just got the G003s in 285, says they measure 33.5X10.75ish, a bit tall and skinny. They almost looked like a 255 but slightly wider. Could be a good size for fitment.

This is why I am looking at the 295's... a bit wider.. and a bit more stickout. these are my 265/70/17's and they just barely stick out the fender wells. I chose the 0 offset to minimize scrub radius, and minimize tire stickout. ideally i would have gone with a -10 but rim choices were limited.

Hey all, I recently bought a Tacoma and was wondering if anyone can recommend a shop that will install aftermarket UCA’s, coils/shocks and AALs?

Also, while I’ve been on this forum for a while I have not been very active so what’s up! I moved to Portland this past fall and am looking forward to exploring more of the state. I know the opportunities are endless especially up North but if anyone has recommendations for trails they would be appreciated. Thanks!

I always recommend Archie's in Wells; I've heard nothing but good things from people about Julie & Archie. They've been at it for a long time and they know their stuff.

Good to know, I think suspension is coming up on the list once I get some of this weight on.

That’s why someone parks their ass on the case/cooler. Preferably the one with the least mechanical abilities.

    Sorry, two cases. haha
I mean if you have a place to work I feel pretty confident we can knock out at least the fronts in a single day. I know from working on other trucks the passenger side UCA can be a bit tricky on 3rd gens, but nothing too bad

Yea I've heard that UCAs can be tricky as well as AALs, that's why I was hoping to pay a professional to just do it all. Thank you though for offering to help, I really appreciate it.
