I bought my 21 DCLB TRD OR back in November. I haven’t had any issues with my transmission. I give it the gas and it moves quickly with no issues. Don’t see the gear hunting people talk about.

Before you do ANYTHING search front end vibrations, steering wheel wooble, drive shaft vibrations, ECSG bushing, and rear end shims. WHY you ask....your next post will be how do I get rid of my vibrations! OH....Welcome to the forum!!

Thanks for the input. I also just placed an order for fox 2.5 res dsc coilovers + 2.0 res lc rear and total chaos uca. Speaking with the guys with the online retailer. They said with this specific set up would need upper control arms, but varies from set up to set up.

Less than 500 miles on my '21 but I took it on a 350 mile road trip last weekend and it performed fantastic. No gear hunting, no transmission issues and decent power although it's still breaking in so I didn't push it very hard.

Upgraded UCA's are not a cheap upgrade but personally, they're on my list of mods just to improve performance. I just had the Bilstein 6112/5160 package added to mine and the shop who did it said that new upper control arms are not mandatory, many owners opt to go with stock UCA's. Some shops will tell you they're needed, some won't. I'm not an expert but I would imagine it depends on the suspension setup, lift and how it will be used.

I have a 3-2 leveling kit and running 33’s. Had to trim some of the fender lining on the back of the front fenders but no rubbing on the cab mount.

On the UCA’s, buy them according to your needs...I have TC’s on my daughters 2nd gen, and SPC on my 3rd gen. Both are quality products, but the TC’s require a lot more maintenance to keep that uniball happy than my SPCs do.
