That wiring looks better than 90% of the new homes I see in Florida. :annoyed::goingcrazy:

Did you buy the dust collector vac? I love mine, it’s a mini, fits behind my seat (access cab). It works flawlessly with the sander.

I used to run Ryobi, splurged this last month and bought a ton of Milwaukee m12 tools. I really like the feel size and batteries compared to the Ryobi.

I do miss the magnetic plate of the Ryobi but the flashlight feature might be a good trade off.

I’ve only warn out two of my Ryobi tools in 9 years and I am still running the original 2ah batteries for most items! Great tools for homeowners at a value price with lots of different options! I have a bunch of 18+ tools for the yard and lawn too. My mother in law just moved 20 minutes away into a home that is older than ours and has lots of projects to come so I figured I should leave the Ryobi drill, impact, and oscillation tool over there as an excuse to get some more Milwaukee tools.

Are you going to use it for the Kapex in the shop, or are you going to connect it to the Oneida?

The Supercell can accommodate up to 4 / 2" connections at once so I plan on running a dedicated 2" line to the Kapex as well as a dedicated 2" line to a swing boom for my Festool track saws on cutting table

I'm DIY'ing mine , but the basic concept is similar to this except mine is 8' long and I'm considering making it articulated in the middle but it basically gets the power and vac hose overhead out into the centre of the cutting table and folds flat against the wall when not in use

    https://youtu.be/Hc8pFHIddNU

my dedicated plug and blocking for the hinge are at top right above double doors

boom will nest on wall above double doors with hose & cord hanging down to left of double doors when nested

Also the Wen air filtration is great. I’m sure any filtration is good but this is my first experience with one. My garage shop is 23x25’x11” tall.. I opted for the unit with 3 speed rating for 556/702/1044 CFM. The higher ratings are overkill for the shop size but figured better to have it over efficient. Was also planning to lower it on chains for heavier dust builds but what I’ve seen collected it’s perfectly fine at the ceiling.
