    Just picked up a new rifle today! Tikka T3x Lite in 6.5 creedmoor and threw a vortex diamondback 3-9x40 scope to go with it. Weights in at 7.2 lbs. My Remington 700 30-06 comes in at 9.9lbs so that’s a good improvement for my hunting rifle.

    For another option, there are kits to convert an ar-15 to a 22lr out there. Cheaper ammo and its still a fun gun to shoot. And its easy to swap back to .223.
