Im really confused with what I want for me and my future family. Like hell ya I like nice neighborhoods but I also like the country. I like the suburbs cause everything looks nice with the HOA fining your ass if you forget to bring the trash can in or if you don’t cut your grass but there’s liberty to to whatever the heck you want out in the country

I really liked the neighborhood we live in but then (this is gonna sound rude) the lower class people acquired money and moved into our neighborhood making it look bad in less than 3 years. People here don’t cut their grass, some have old tires out in their porch, others have junked cars in their front yard, it’s just terrible and I wished the city did something about it

With he improvement of battery technology I wonder if they are still utilizing acid type batteries and moving into newer technology of them. I would be curious if the replacement time is the same...

The only thing I can say now is buy some land and sit on it, you can always sell if you want to go somewhere else. Land prices continue to go up and I can only imagine what the market is doing in your neck of the woods. Today owning land is almost as owning some gold. If you end up building on it then your that much ahead of the ball game if you have it paid for.

HOA is nice to keep lazy folks out of the area for broke down cars and junk in the yard and keeping it cut. The rules are basic homeowner stuff if your proud of that piece of dirt.

Seems That it happens as neighborhoods get older

 

We were among the first houses to be built back in 2005. It went downhill around 2012
