@KB Voodoo or anyone: Any idea of the spacing necessary on the rails for mounting a 23 Zero Walkabout 62, on a 2019 off road DCSB?

I will actually be going to pick up the tent directly from manufacturer in SLC, Utah after I receive the bars from KB Voodoo. Would be nice to have them mounted as close to where they need to be as possible before I get there to help ease the process...

The ALUMAX is really useful if you have a truck other than a Tacoma, but you don't need the extra expense if mounting it to your Taco.

    PM'd about the promo code.

I appreciate it, but don't go through any trouble. Heard back from KB Voodoo and they said not to sweat it cause they’re pretty easy to adjust. :fistbump:

@KB Voodoo I am looking into the Max Modular 10” Tacoma Bed Rack and was looking for some additional insight before taking the plunge.

First and foremost, should I go with 10” or 14”..? I’d like to keep the setup aerodynamic, but would also like to preserve visibility through the rear window while also maintaining access to the storage area in the bed itself... 14” sounds like it may be getting a bit high..?

Also, I currently have a bolt-in “Access” Tonneau cover and the original accessory bed rails have been removed. The goal is to keep the cover and reinstall the accessory rails in order to mount the rack. Can this all be accomplished without the tonneau adapters..? It looks like the base of the rack could pass between the bed rails and cover in order to access and mount to the accessory rails. Does this make sense..? If this doesn’t work as envisioned, can I simply add-on the adapters at a later date..?

Lastly, once everything is decided is there any chance you can provide a promo to assist with making the purchase..? Any assistance is greatly
    appreciated..!

    Peace..!

Looking to buy the hi-rise crossbars (got a backflip cover) but curious about # of bars - two seems plenty for a cargo basket, mountain bike, RTT, etc. Any reason you'd need 3? Guess I could always order more. Also, if theres any promos, would love a code!

@kbvoodoo I’m having a bit of a hard time doing math this am. Tonneau cover brackets plus 18” rack equals how much total height? I want to be able to be able to put a canoe on the bed rack that lines up with a cabin rack.

Also- any recommendations on a cabin rack that lines up and looks good with your bed system?

The tonneau brackets add 2.5” to the height of the rack.

Thanks, already got the rack on, picking it up Monday. Now I kinda wish I had gone with the higher rack like yours for more room to mount shit. I went with the lower racks to keep the center of gravity down.

plus I really dig those awnings and the annex I bought along with the tent would work better a little bit higher off the ground.

I had a mid height and had plenty of room. I just added a fridge so needed a taller for extra clearance since I have a decked system.

Love it. Had it for about 3 or so years. Had mine before they came out with LST.
