Did they not package it properly or did it get tossed around by the carrier?

It was packed pretty good. I can see the damage to the box where it was dropped

 

That pisses me off when they treat people's packages that way, gonna have to file a claim I guess...or are you just going to glue it and send it

lol that's fucked up, although the sad part is that would probably be easier than filing a claim through UPS. I dunno I've never done it.

Not the sellers fault though if they packaged it properly, UPS is notorious for beating the hell out of packages even if they're labeled fragile.

Grills nice, feels a bit flimsier in the center section, but that’s just the nature of the beast since the opening is larger.
