I see it often, but not too often do i find it in the $30s, That's why I'm surprised. Usually overpriced at $60 or $70.

Ya I leave it on the shelf as well around me. I think regular bt is better the special reserve. Now the 107 and barrel proof stuff is tasty. Special reserve is one of those overhyped bottles imo.

Kicking back here in Northern California grilling tri tip and having a glass of Buffalo Trace. A lot of us buy expensive fancy whiskey (me included) but it’s hard to beat a nice glass of smooth Buffalo Trace.

Cherry bullet did wonders. I drink gallons of bt. It’s my go daily for sure! I have all kinds of crazy expensive bottles and still lean on bt more then anything else.

    Not much stock left.
I’m enjoying some locally bottled bourbon. It’s not too bad.

my guess is he is talking bout this.
    https://www.battlegroundfarm.com/products/triple-shot-whiskey-aging-bullet-oak-maple-cherry

Oak -Get the deep and smooth tones of toffee, caramel and vanilla from the Oak.

Cherry -Add a tart sweetness and remove the "bite" with this unique 100% natural cherry wood. Sweet with deep flavors of toasted cherry.

Maple -Works VERY WELL in Vodka by adding strong flavors of vanilla while removing the burn. Pairs well with dessert for a sweet after dinner sipping experience.

Developed through a four step process, The Bourbon Bullet works as a traditional whiskey barrel stave, but carries the iconic shape of one of the worlds fiercest military rounds

I don’t know where the hell this is going, my post was just about the smooth mellow taste of an inexpensive bourbon- Buffalo Trace. Just wanted to say Buffalo Trace, awesome for the $$ , kick back and enjoy.

Like that tri tip! NorCal - you doing a Santa Maria spin with flavors, or something else? Looks great! And the BT just adds to it!

Those are it. He’s also a jar head and I love supporting other vets. This was the first time I’ve used em in bt. Normally I take cheap bottles and mess around. See how much I can change them.

That's my neighbor and I. We have a mess of 1920s that we crack and kill for different occasions. Each time, we commemorate the event, then sign them. Forgot to date this one, though!
