If you had only described this to me I would have said no, but somehow it works.

 

Honestly, the wheels were supposed to be black. 3 weeks, and a thousand f ups from black rhino later we settled on them sending us whatever was the right fitment. I planned on powder coating them, but the color was so good i decided to run with it.

 

I'll have to admit.... That screw up looks great in the end.

 

Kinda diggin' the red wheels, but I'd have to see it in person to tell for sure. Only thing is the red being so bold detracts from the wrap's camouflage theme.

 

I really can’t wait to see this thing with a tube front bumper. Reallllly gonna tie the front end together nicely.

 

Agreed. Stealth was the original goal. Either way if i end up not wanting the red i'll get them powder coated something custom.

But I don’t wanna wait that long. Did you buy an off the shelf one or getting one made locally? Either way you should cut off that low hanging crossmember to really get that prerunner approach look.

 

Ended up going with a c4 hybrid. It fits my needs the best although i did want a full tube bumper

Ill chime in as well, I think the red looks sweet with the matching roll cage.

 

Finally traded up my 2004 for a 2018... Here she is all stock in cement after a bath. N2 remote start is on order, then probaby the anytime front cam kit. And so begins the endless compulsion to buy truck stuff...

 

Congrats again, brother! Really wish I could have snagged that 1st Gen from you.

I sent them an angry letter months ago with no response...

 

A shot in the dark.. Maybe check with ETA and see who they might recommend.

 

I have high hopes that RNR will be able to tackle it since they deal with custom wheels all the time and presumably, deep dish ones. If not, I’ll try ETA as a last resort. After that though, gonna try balancing beads.
