I really appreciated your video. It was one of three that I used to help me. The other two were Chloe Kuo and Screen Protech itself. Chloe Kuo nor Screen Protech mentioned the time to cure. It was as if she finished the install and immediately there were no bubbles. Nor was there any mention about the time to cure.
So when I see videos that make the process seem instantaneous when in reality it is not, then frustration can occur.
Thanks for your videos. They are life savers for me.

Thanks for the screen shots. I have my truck sitting in the sun right now.
Update on Customer Service: they asked my wife if she received their email, but we have received no such email. Still plenty frustrated by this process. Again, if you drive an SR5 and are wanting to purchase the Screen Protech, then please be VERY CAREFUL. The SR5 option on the drop down is not accurate. We are still working out the kinks, but it looks like the correct option for a 2020 SR5 is actually the TRD/Limited option in their drop down.

Got the westcott kit installed a week ago and then this week got some tires installed. Pictures don’t really show but it came out looking great.

I hesitate to wade in here, but in the screenshot you posted the radio is shown as having a CD player slot at the top. Does your truck have a CD player? That is probably why they look so similar, I bet the “higher” end radio is their media one which doesn’t have a CD player, which would explain the SR5 vs TRD discrepancy.

I agree they should make that more clearly noted in their pics.

Most of the YT Vids I watched the folks were in sunny Cali. I'm In Canada and did the ScreenProtech in cool fall weather and any small bubbles did dissipated after 3-4 days. Yes, I think warmer weather would help.

Neither the photos from Screen Protech nor my radio have the CD slot. It must be just a bad screen shot. The issue is the size and locations of the buttons. Still no reply from Screen Protech. 72 hours without a resolution that should take 10 minutes.

For the people having issues with the screen protector, you’re going to have to give it time. I installed mine like a month ago. There were quite a few bubbles. It’s been chilly in Texas so it’s taking longer than normal, but there’s only two small bubbles left. Maybe the size of a pen head.

Every time I get in my truck for the day I would just smooth them out. Every time they would get a little smaller.

From what I understand, it’s actually moisture under there that hasn’t evaporated yet, not air bubbles (assuming you installed them using a wet method).

Sorry if something has been said that negates anything I just said...didn’t wanna read a million posts, but wanted to give my input and experience.

Edit: just got in my truck and the last two bubbles are gone :)

Message their IG, and here is the number they replied to me from 323-577-7171. Their website number is 385-343-0507 but they never replied to the message I sent to them on that and used the first number

westcott is the company that sells a lift kit for the pro model Tacoma. Changes out the front collar on the front shocks and adds a 1” block in the rear. So gave the front a 2” lift and a 1” in the back.
No rubbing on normal driving. Have yet to take it off road since the upgrades.

Mine is just a vinyl roll up and inexpensive but it works for me....it does click down/closed and roll all the way out of the way so I can use my entire bed....

takes about 1 min to roll / unroll

No, I just followed the install instructions to leave a gap in the bottom of the bezel.

I messaged their IG using my wife’s account. They asked if I received their email, but I have not (not me nor my wife). I will call them next week if they are still radio silent.
