pull the blocks out and see if that's your problem.

flat blocks will cause vibrations. A lot of trucks need angled blocks so that it corrects the pinion angle.

may not be the axle, bed could be on crooked, and you never noticed til now , being that you have larger tires to go off of.


measure the frame to axle perches. get a plumb bob and hang if from the side of the frame and measure out the to tire on each side of the truck.

 

I was just thinking that could be the problem to an now he's looking at it more.

 

its pretty common for the bed to not be on straight

I am after Christmas when I get my AAL. Bad thing is I cant find a damn deep enough socket to save my life. Total Pain in the Royal Ass

 

You don't have a deep socket set? If the u bolts are too long with your blocks then they'll be way too long with an aal.

 

socket for the ubolts? or center pin?

 

why do you need a socket? use a wrench.

 

yeah you will probably need to cut the excess of the bolts.

 

That would work to get them off but it can't be torqued with a wrench. I guess it's not THAT important but I wouldn't want to take chances with the suspension.

 

i put a impact on mine ha ha

 

either way, run the nut down as far as you can, then use a grinder with cutting disc, or use a pnuematic cutoff wheel to remove the excess threads, and then tighten down some more til they are tight completely.
