I do not like looking at the telephone pole and wires at the base of my driveway never mind thousands of solar panels ,6 miles of chain link fence and transmission lines to get the energy to the sub station about a mile from here . Tons of wildlife being displaced also .

 

I would not be very happy either.

 

Put this shit in the desert and fuck off. So sick of green energy killing all the fucking green around here while costal elites sit on their beach house and enjoy the views.

put the fucking windmills in the ocean and the solar in the desert.

I’m with you ,it pisses me off to no end . Who the fuck wants 300 acres of solar panels to stare at ? It’s going to ruin this whole area .

we have so many dogs the town sent us a kennel license with our tags


Never registered them before but everyone knows we have them basically and the town sent us a note about it
So, now I own a kennel I guess Good stuff

 

How many dogs do you have?

 

We have 5 and the MIL has 2. Them barking at the folks headed to the dump for over a year tipped them off...and my wife being friends with the woman who oversees all that on instagram/facebook, posting videos of them constantly wasn't helping

I had 2 dogs, she had 2 dogs, then we decided one more for fun since we couldn't have kids. Now we have 5 dogs, MIL has 2 dogs...and we ended up managing a kid anyways.

Next gen, dogs will be capped at 2

got him on the camera when the wife checked today. Been getting good fox, coyote, turkey, and deer action as well.

I think your wife is right. I've seen a few around where I live and that picture seems to meet the mark. If you see one and it does this weird hop/jump thing moving around its a mink.

 

Fisher cat. Mean little fuckers.

 

We had a big one cross the road over by the neighbors coop this spring. I think this thing is a little too small, but we deff have seen the fisher tracks on the property closer to the road. I'll post some pics next time I see some prints, I might have some on the phone already.

I don't think they got them, I texted the neighbor telling him it was headed his way, so maybe they got it first


I'm torn on fishers:

1) They are mean bastards and will FUCK up one of my little doggies if they chased one and it felt cornered.

BUT

2) They kill porcupines and are some of the only animals who will. We have now had 3-4 run ins in the last two years with, so we NEED them.


So I am hoping it continues that we don't run into them on our walks, and the cat keeps killing porcupines

I can’t get the video to upload but we leveled out my truck then went knee boarding behind the snowmobiles. Most days my mind forgets my body is a pretty beat up 41 year old carcass, so yeah I’m paying for it heavily today!
