That seems to be the pattern on my weekends recently. Too damn cold to do anything around here! Most of what I need to do it outside work or in the garage. I got a big ass torpedo heater for the garage, but it seems the weather has made my motivation little to none...

 

I know the feeling of uncertainty. I believe in power of prayers the work miracles.

“Morning” all, hope you’re enjoying your Sunday however you choose!
About to fire up the smoker, prepped all the meat this morning.
I’ve never laid shingles before, so it’s a slow process as of now, but I think I’ve got it figured out!
Spent the night in the playhouse with the boys last night... need to put a bed in there for dad, my neck is hating me today!

 

I did most of the house we built in high school and part of the garage my parents built. Yours looks good to me!

 

Thanks, I’m using left over shingles from when my place was re-roofed before I bought it (10 years ago) so I’m hoping I end up with enough. Mathematically I should but I’m still sweating it!

Just put the Boston butt on (stuffed a whole garlic in it in cloves!). it’s timed for 3.5 hrs, but at 2.75 hrs, I’m going to put the chicken on above it. A bit nervous, but I’m sure it’ll be fine.

 

You need to add Smoking and Grilling to the title.

Did mulching of the garden( well I bring it wife mulched it) and then worked my bees.

 

You’d better not get me into beekeeping too! It really intrigues me. I’ve been spying on your beekeeping thread.

I don't think so, the rolling papers would get all sticky.
