    He did have a foam pad for his knees.

    I would need one for my face when I failed.

    I actually just "tap" my knees on the ground when I do lunges, but never fails, my knees have black circles the next day :notsure:

    They’re basically gold. Sold out everywhere but most report adding 20lbs to their overhead and squat PR simply by wearing them.

    Lmao whoever reporting that is full of shit.

    They help with stability but I've never noticed a 20lb increase just by wearing them.

    I am squatting 4 times a week right now while doing my other main lifts as well.

    Tuesday: 2ct pause back squat and log press
    Wednesday: strict overhead and split squat
    Friday: 2ct pause back squat and deadlifts
    Saturday: front squat and bench....

    I'm dying, but it's kinda fun. This whole block is all about building my endurance back up. Two sets of main lifts, loads of accessories, then ending on conditioning like emom sandbag carries or sled drags. All while in a slight calorie deficit to cut some fat... Shit sucks lol

    also. It’s bulking season baby! 3 months to put on some mass then cutting down to 198 for the comp. YEE yee!

    They probably would add 20lbs to your squat tho. Because what is that like a 2% increase in strength? Placebo effect alone could do that.

    Now it adds 20lbs to my squat it's fucking black magic.
    I feel like our definitions of endurance are different.

    They help me but not because of being taller. Moreso stability and balance while seated with the stone on your lap
