After regretfully dropping out the list about a year ago I signed up again for a pair of sliders. So glad I did, these sliders are solid just by looks and feel I know they can take a beating. Ryan and the whole family are awesome. Install was very quick. I’ll be hitting up Ryan for other install. Thank you bud. 068CF70F-41A4-4E65-B2F4-59121190474E.jpg2B632F3E-58F7-4E47-9749-0D45B01A03CE.jpg

I have a set of bolt on DCSB sliders without kickouts. They will fit a 2nd or 3rd gen DCSB. They can be painted with regular black spray paint or truck bed liner spray paint. They were made for a customer that unfortunately was not able to get them due to some a$$hole named COVID. Installation by me is included

I will be selling them for $575 with regular black spray paint or $595 with truckbed liner spray paint. First come first serve.

Those will sell super quick! At least they weren’t for a first gen regular cab. I had those sitting here for a while.

haha exactly. If they had a kick out they’d sell even quicker but oh well. Hopefully someone scoops them up soon

No surprise, but another happy customer! Glad I finally jumped on a chance to add these to the truck after following this thread for years without pulling the trigger. It's worth it just to be able to contribute another Ryan under the truck picture:cheers:

Thanks Ryan! As everyone's mentioned, Ryan's super chill, knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does and the experience, personally, doesn't get better than this. If you're in SoCal and looking to pick up a set of sliders or just any of the things he fabricates, don't hesitate, it's worth the wait. Pretty solid work!

(screwed up Ryan under the truck pic. Here's a Ryan onthesideabouttogo under the truck haha)

Thanks so much bro for your support and for posting up some pics! It was a pleasure meeting you and getting to build a set for your truck.

For anyone wondering why the setting of the install is so much different from all the other pics, it’s because I had the opportunity to install these sliders in the parking lot outside of where I’m currently working at hahaha. Our schedules lined up best this way so we made it happen!

Ryan and family are awesome, same goes for their dog, Roxy!
Really cool guy, down-to-earth, expert at what he does.
Thank you, Ryan for the quality product and attentive service.
I ordered the 15-degree, shorter legs low profile slider. Exceded expectations! B9D816D3-DB90-4D9E-9D74-288AA2C93469.jpg

Genuine question, the sliders seem to stop short on the front. Is there a design reason for that?

Hm I dont think they do at all. Haven't seen sliders that come further forward (and not sure why I'd want them to). Not gonna answer for Ryan, but if they were to come more forward, they would have to be built lower, taking away from clearance. Also they dont need to come forward more either - if you wedge a rock between those two areas, that's on nobody else but you lol.

lol!! You know you’re getting good value when the product you buy serves more than one purpose!! Haha thanks homie. You’re my favorite

    Thanks for asking the question.

Pretty much what Bijan answered. My 2 main reasons they’re designed the way they are is for maximum clearance and also not having long legs to the frame that create a bad/weak leverage arm.

As Bijan @socalexpeditions said, in order to get the main square tube that connect the legs to the frame any farther forward towards the back of the front tire to cover that gap, you’d have to do 1 of 2 things. Either move the legs farther down or move them farther out to get away from the back side of the front cab mount for the body. In both of those cases you’d either lose strength and rigidity or you’d lose loads of clearance. The main square tubing of the sliders runs into the back of the cab mount if you try to extend it any farther. If you google image any other sliders for Tacoma’s they actually end in very close to the same spot at the front.

That makes sense, it’s a trade-off of clearance and strength vs coverage. There are definitely some that extend farther that I’ve seen, just so ya’ll don’t think I’m trolling. I can see how they tuck up less now that you mention it. You’re pretty close to me and I like supporting local businesses so I’ll likely order a set from you when it’s time.
