    Again, 100%.

I use a few but for these Taco objects I've been printing on an Ender 3 V2 with PLA filament. The printer has quite a bit of mods on it (parts I've ironically made for it on the printer itself) but it's a trusty machine. For some more custom/curved objects that I want to look injection-molded I go with the Formlabs 2 resin printer. It's just really messy and the upkeep is strenuous at times :)

I'd recommend ABS or ASA for interior parts and ASA for exterior stuff (UV resistant). Good chance of PLA getting soft or warping on a hot summer day.

Sorry -- I misspoke. I actually use PETG on my parts but prototype on PLA until I get the fit right :) I've stayed away from ASA because of the fumes, but in my experience with it it turns out really, really nice (and as you said good for exterior)

It definitely requires a lot of patience and a bit of a know-how in 3D modeling, but once you get the settings on point it's extremely rewarding!

Do you have a printer or a background in fabrication?

What bumper is this? I've been looking for one like this for ages. I love your paint scheme by the way!

Doubt I'm the first one to do this, but a couple years ago I got a good deal on some weld-on 2nd gen Access Cab sliders. Turned out really nice, and the only modification I had to do was beat the tar out of the pinch weld on the body.
