Won't work. I went and tried to put a used 1st gen off a 2003 double cab on my 2010 double cab. We shifted it around every which way, but it wasn't close to fitting correctly.

Just hold out and you can find a craigslist deal. Took me 6 months, but I saved a ton for a like new used camper that fits like it is supposed to.

What about it doesn't fit? Too narrow, too long, what? Be more specific haha.

It was wrong in several areas. The cap to cab fit was off, looked terrible. The cap was too narrow for the bed, You could see about 1 to 2 inches of bed rail on the outside of the cap on each side of the truck. I didn't see a good way to attach the cap either. The 1st gens used c clamps and the 2nd gen uses the bed rail system, atleast with the LEER and ARE caps. Also the slider windows were no where near lining up. It would have leaked like hell, no matter what you did. It also just plain looked like shit.
