anyone want a 3rd gen sway bar? free?

 

Anyone want this truck box? I’ve had this eyesore sitting in my shop for at least 4 years and I’m sick of tripping over it. This box fit my first gen well, but I’m more of a canopy guy. Everything is “functional” but could use some TLC. It does come with 3/4 of a key, (see pic) which still seems to lock and unlock it as long as you use a certain technique. If I remember correctly, it’s like 10 bucks to get a replacement.

I’ll be driving between Eugene and Portland today, it’s loaded up in the bed so I can drop it off to any quick acting members.

Dimensions are:

Length to outside of bed rails: 60.5”
Length the is between bed rails: 49”
Height: 16”
Width: 13”

 

Homie if you throw this thing up on the PNW Bike Classifieds on FB it’ll sell for $1000 in a matter of minutes. The bike market is hot right now.

 

1000 is pretty fair for that. PNW bicycle classifieds would be a great place to list it for sale.

 

Decided I wasn't a fan of driving around with the canopy on (first pickup), would trade it for a tonneau cover plus cash. It's on a standard cab, but it's designed for an extended cab 1st gen, has carpeting, not sure on brand. Pretty sure it's water tight but I've never actually had it out in the rain.

I also have a very good condition bench seat w/ seatbelt buckles (swapped to 4runner seats) I'd let go of for $200 and a K&N intake I'd let go of for $100, should be for the 96-98 MAF style tacomas or 4runners.

Still got these kings I need to sell! 2010+ 4runners and I believe they will fit 2010+ Lexus gx models but you will need to verify as I am not sure.
Less than 5k miles of use. I have a set of icon 650lb springs that are for 2.5 coilovers I can throw in, only thing is they’re black and not the king blue.

I have these same headlights, these are led capatable because they have that projector lenses. If you upgrade the bulb to led these are easily x5 as bright as the oem ones, or at least mine are

 

Dang, stuck them in mail today. Hopefully the next guy likes them.

 

If the projectors aren't designed for LED or HID's, they won't have proper cutoff shields, similar to the 3rd gen headlights. As a result, you'll certainly get 5x the light output, but a lot of that light will be in the eyes of on-coming traffic. Similar to driving with your high-beams on. Best to not use HID's or LED's in projectors that were not designed for them.

That's my understanding... and I'm completely open to being wrong on this topic.
