Hitch connector... for lights..

    I have lights for back of truck.. they came with 4-pin connector for trailer hitch..
    Well I discovered my truck doesn’t have hitch adaptor...
    What can I use?
    Pictures is the lights and then underneath truck..

    Interesting so the lower tier trucks don’t even have the connector to add one ? Guess the only option he has is to splice into the tail light .
