Not a bad idea! Those look slick. But also the SSc2 will fit without all that. We'll see.

Kinda hard to cut thick a$$ square tubing welded into a metal bumper! :D

Sorry, I didn't take any photos. With the snow dump across the midwest, all of it melted in the last 2 days. It's strange going from -10F to 50F degrees in 1 week.
My truck had halogen H11b projectors that were upgraded to Diode Dynamic's HID (before they stopped making headlight upgrades.). But if you have suggestions, I'm all ears. If you look at the picture, those SS3's are intense.

Use an L-bracket and mount the original SS3 bracket towards the back to save space

Looks like the 2021 Raptor is going to have factory Rigid fogs similar to the Tacoma TRD Pro. What’s also interesting is the ‘aux off road’ pattern lamps from the factory.

And little factory covers too. Always interesting seeing OEM off-road lights. These ones seemed the goofiest.

Have to provide covers since off road lights must be covered for road use in many states.

The wire tapping you are doing there is to get the +12v to the relay (anytime), so the relay can power the fogs. Those wires are not carrying the current load for the fogs, just activating the relay. In other words there is no issue. I've done that mod on a friends early 2nd Gen running the 22w Rigid fogs, and did the 12-15 version on my SS3 Pro fogs without issue. Even with the lower power 2005-2011 H10 42w halogen fogs, they still draw more current than the highest powered Max LED fog pod, so you are reducing the load by going to LED. With the SS3 Sports you are around 35% of the current draw compared to the stock halogen H10s.

Installed the DD SS3 Sports today. These things are SERIOUS! I can't believe the difference over stock, and honestly, other than melting ice or snow I couldn't imagine needing any more light than these. I'm glad I went with what I did, thanks @memario1214 for the sell!

I should've clarified that I was on a slight incline facing the building, so I think that may be distorting the relation between the headlights and fogs. I was also on a little bit of an incline cresting that hill on the road too. I'll take a closer look at it this weekend when I have some more time.

Those look great. Clean truck too.

I’m hoping to install mine later this week, when the temps should be above freezing for a few hours.

Nice! Take some pics! I wasn't planning on installing mine until this weekend, but they came via UPS this afternoon and I just happened to get off work early today so I had about an hour of daylight left to throw them on.
