Want to know something sad, google average income for that state and then average income for your state.

107 for CA, 91 for Utah. But I know which one is easily 2x+ cost of living having lived in both.

I've had a number of annoying run-ins with new Californians around here recently. That California money is making things unreasonable here at an alarming rate with the recent exodus of the folks that can work remote now.

must be average household. My wife and I dont make that much individually, she has a professional doctorate, and I have a bachelor's, and work as a licensed healthcare provider. Neither of us are close to that individually.

yea, unless the million dollar per year earners are skewing the average high. but living and working in LA, I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority of people don't make anywhere near $107k per year.

$95k Colorado, which is also quite CA and TX $$ heavy. But the US is $68k, which is surprising.
My wife and I are teachers, so.... yeah. Not exactly average income.

Question: If yall ever had lower back pain after long extended climbs what was the first thing you changed that you noticed actually made a difference? My bikes a large and it's sized right, and the stem is 55mm so not obnoxiously long but theres room to shorten it. I also have the seat slammed forward thinking but maybe I'll slam it all the way back and see if a different angle for my upper body changes it. Kinda over it now. Then again I've got popping knees, shoulders with gaps in the joint, and tendons that get pinched in my elbows. Maybe my lower back is just wanting in on the fun of constantly being a nuisance.

try tilting the seat down more. lower the seat a little bit. Work on your core strength. get a shorter stem. keep your low back straight. stretch your hamstrings. strengthen your mid-back muscles.

There's a lot that could be causing that, and it could be any one thing, or combination of things causing it.

FWIW, I'm an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant, and know a fair bit about bike fitting. its going to be difficult to fix the issue from a keyboard. I'd recommend a proper bike fitting if you can get one.

Median income is probably a more realistic comparison.

    This and that...
Really happy with the build quality and function of the Kuat swing out. Works will all 2in hitch racks. Should work perfect with my slide in camper. With no bikes and the rack in the up position, its a Kuat too, the tailgate can still lay flat with out opening the swing out.
