I haven’t done my install yet but I went with the 72”. I figured that since they also sell the extension cables for moving switches from the center to the driver side or vice versa that that would be the 44” length extension cable.

 

Waiting on one more piece to install these on my 2021 TRD Pro. I will have the stock fogs and housing up for sale in the next day or so, if anyone is interested.

LOL. I was just kidding, but they do make them. The nut sits pretty far in the rim on this style. Not sure they're that noticeable. But they do make neat black TRD valve caps!

 

This falls into the category what ‘will’ I do on my GEN3. Tomorrow’s job. Etsy.

 

Found the best wire loom I've ever worked with on amasoup. Combined it with some surface clamps using zip ties and install is really nice.

Today i installed a dash cam! Never wanted to mess with wiring one up but a thread on TW showed me you can just plug it into the back of the mirror using an adapter

Later on, i repainted one of my rock sliders, hopefully i’ll get to the passenger side slider tomorrow

 

So, I don't have it in my possession yet but I went ahead and ordered the 3rd gen high clearance bumper from Coastal Offroad about 4 days ago. Just waiting for it to get here (its getting close) so I can start fab'n it up. Anyways, thought I'd share and I'll definitely keep you all posted in case anyone has been thinking of going this route.

@bobv1776 I think it definitely looks better than the standard tailgate without letter inserts!

In my case, I wanted a little contrast so I painted my insert letters and emblem overlays to match the 2021 TRD OR grill.

I also painted my Amazon-special TRD license plate frame to match since it was a horrible "carbon fiber" pattern when I got it.

If anyone is curious, RUST-OLEUM metallic Flat Soft Iron topped with Matte Clear Enamel is a very close match to the gunmetal color and satin finish of the 2020+ OR/Sport grill. Three coats of base color then five coats of clear is holding up really well to the salt and grime caked on the roads here in mid-winter Pennsylvania.

edit: I just noticed you are in Pittsburgh also. I’ll have to keep an eye out for you in my travels. I had actually thought about doing this same thing, but hadn’t gotten motivated to try it yet.
