    lol ok im trying to do a software trade with a guy who has solid works that way i can stress test the arms and what not before i put them on the truck

    well i got the truck moved to the new house and we have decided a name for the shop. its going to be WRI.... which stands for Wombat Racing Inc. lol anyways just letting yall know im still trying to get it done

    lol sorry guys ive been super busy. i got a copy of solid works and im still workin on the spindle ive got about 15 to 16 inches of travel so far. i completed one of the trailing arms and am workin on the second one im glad you guys are still intrested in this

    Sick is that your kit in your profile pict the internals look beefy as hell I still need to put my internals in the kit how many inches of travel you getin?

    I was getting 14 but I strapped it at 13 because I had a little bump steer like a 1/16th of a wheel turn :D

    I haven't worked on my bumpsteer yet but I'm getting 18 estimated travel well see how it goes

    I designed it to be +4 on each side to the end of the arm with the spindle till prob be closer to six

    TRD supercharger, +3 control arms, long travel, king coilovers, glassworks unlimited fenders, hood and bedsides, deaver j59 leafs sprung under, custom exhaust out of bedside, kartek bedcage with spare tire carrier, full sound system, completely rebuilt with 17k miles.
    looks like you didnt make the LCA and the shock as 2 seperate items on cad or w/e software your using. Just make sure your shock wont hit the UCA. I had that problem with my silverado. i built a kit running 22'' travel but at full droop the shock was about to kit the UCA so i had to limit it. i dont think you want that happening lol.

    Yeah I'm going to have to limit it it'll prob reach 20 but that'll be smashing the coils into the frame

    yea. Id limit around like 18. I can almost guarentee you will never use all the travel. I only have like 13'' travel on mine and ive only bottomed out a handful of times. but im also running 400/600 springs which is super soft.
