Out with the old in with the new:

The family truckster (2005 LX470) needed a new muffler at 214K miles. Went the cheap route with a $200 Bosal from Rockauto, but the fitment was poor so I sent it back. Lexus wanted $950 so I went with a Land Cruiser muffler from Groove for the same price as Camelback delivered, $630.

I've bought 2 vehicles from them in the past few years. My parents bought one a long time ago before they moved locations. Only thing is the finance guys just push all of the crap pretty hard just like any other dealership. Other than that, hassle free and would buy from them again.

 

Have you been able to get some form of price guarantee from them? I'm ordering and I dont want a surprise when it shows up and I got to sign papers

 

I bought off the lot. I doubt they would change the price on you since they are pretty reputable. Wouldn't hurt to ask them to gurantee the price and voice your concern.

 

Chris at Mountain States Toyota sold me my Tacoma last fall. He gave me an invoice with price marked on it when I put my deposit down.

No issues at all. Finance lady tried to get me to sign up for a bunch of warranty stuff but learned pretty quick that I wasn't going to fall for it.
