regarding spindle lifts

which is the better choice, TC or camburg? and if i want UCAs should it match the spindle? which UCA is better out of the two?

 

i have 4inch camburg spindles and 1.25 a'arms and love the set up only complaint is the noisy uniball, but that's nothin some teflon lube wont take care of both tc and camburg arms and spindles are top notch!!

 

TC is better how? u mean depending on how much u wanna beat up the suspension?

 

hows the difference after u put the spindle in?

 

1.5 inches wider than stock does wonders for stability and looks lol tc arms may be more quiet but the 1.25 uca bolt on the camburg arms are beef

 

The TC spindle gives 3.5 inches. And the Camburg spindles give 4.....



another question for the thread,
since spindles keep everything fairly in stock geometry, are UCA required....i thought they are but now that i think about it im not sure

cant wait for my spindles, getting some camburg, but then i gota do the rear and im gonna have to save some more, so im not riding around really nose high for like a month or so.......maybe i should just wait till i hav all the cash for the rear too.....

 

yea they push ur tires out a lil more........that is probly y he threw spacers some in his rear

 

it's ok to ride nose high as long as it's not a 6inch DB and or a spacer lift

yea nose high is alright, i just dont want mine too nose high cuz........i dunno y, i just dont want it, maybe like an inch nose high, nothing more, but thats me

Now that i got the "jerk" comment out of my system.
you should go with the 4" spindles and 3" AP leaf pack out back. Would look great. Check out JD's truck some time. His set up is great

or like you have already mentioned.. Ray also has a great set up.
