It depends.. There is a dealer installed tow package and a factory installed tow package. I think only the factory installed 7pin package has it.

 

I do have the 7pin so I'd assume mine is the latter. But that doesn't mean much.

I had to replace mine Monday night, fukin pulley sized and was so hot it snapped the serpentine belt

4 months ago, it had almost 140k on it and was starting to shit the bed, thankfully didn't have to spend a dime on either a both were covered on warranty!

 

SR5 does come with 130 alt, engine cooler also ( puck under oil filter) and trans cooler all part of towing package
SR5 PreRunners were also equipped

 

I'm still on the oe at 240k

 

OE *with new diode pack* at 280k

 

Oh shit you can still "rebuild" these. That's awesome

Hence why I think it's funny when people say "but it's got high mileage". I know your normal person doesn't have much other reference and certainly doesn't know how the previous owner took care of the vehicle.
