Go with the 150/160 29r. You’ll probably be going to Tahoe, Mammoth and Downieville just as much as you’ll be riding Peavine and other local trails. Plus we have Cam Zink building trails around here now.

 

Was gorgeous at rose this afternoon. Lines were still long when we left at 3:30. Little dude did three runs on the bunnies, pretty stoked!

 

Anyone have a recommendation on a shop to do an alignment on my 1st gen with Icon coilovers in the Carson City area? Want someone that is willing to adjust the coilovers if need (I have the spanner). Also not looking to spend a fortune. Thanks

 

This little sad 2nd gen is in the Pick N Pull parking lot. Has a swing out bumper still on it.

 

Did it look fucked up or maybe salvageable?

Edit: After looking on my computer instead of phone, it looks like the rear tubing on passenger side might be sticking way up. Still gunna run by and take a look. Thanks for the heads up.

 

I think the passenger side is good. The part sticking up is in the bed.

Long time no talk, folks! Fuck. Buying a house is a crazy process. We closed on one a couple blocks off of six mile canyon on the 8th. Consider me one of the dayton folk now and no longer one of the Carson City folk - well I guess I'm both till we're completely moved out. I found myself off roading to pizza and tacos the last couple weekends. Really liking it away from the city. Cheers!

Anyone know anyone out here who can make a simple LT bed cage? Not looking for anything extravagant - just wanna save as much bed space as possible and pop some 16s up in there.

Anyone been to Cabelas this week and found ammo in stock?

 

Mark Fore had some last I checked. Didn’t have a bunch, but more than anybody else. This was about a month ago. Prices reflect the shortage though, so bring plenty of $$

I was thinking about stopping by some shops to check in on how things are going. If I had to guess, I’d say we’re still dealing with a massive shortage with no end in site any time soon. Best to get into reloading if you haven’t done so and get on gunbroker

 

The last time I was at Cabela's all they had were a couple boxes of 28ga. Pretty slim pickings everywhere else that I've been. As for reloading it's hard to even find primers now.
