Problems after Kicker Key 200.4

Installed a kicker 200.4 amp.
Works great but the i noticed some of the map mode display functions are not lit up and also the USB function display is not lit up. I wired up my own T Harness and didn't have any issues with power up or power down on head unit. Plugged it in and the radio worked and the head unit seemed okay, but I really didn't look for missing display functions at first startup. I wired the yellow dimmer wires together I don't know if that is bad. I wired the amp power supply two red wires directly to battery.

I hope I didn't blow anything up.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Not lit up as in the software its not selectable?

The USB wire and GPS wires are separate from the stereo harness, is it possible theyre not plugged in?

 

You can see a faint picture thats not lit and you cannot select.
I will check the connections again.

Yeah double check that all connectors are plugged back in. There are a lot of them so it’s easy to overlook something like the USB connector of GPS antenna. They Key is only dealing with the 2 main plugs, and those plugs are ONLY main power and audio. No data, no gps, nothing else

YES,
It turned out everything was hooked in right but in certain modes some menus aren't lit up. So I immediately jumped to conclusions and thought I had screwed something up. But in fact everything was functioning correctly. I wired my own harness and I went off pre maturely questioning my work.
I have an extra harness that I had bought but never used because it was a week in transit and I made my own because I couldn't wait. If your interested I still have it. Easy plug in play.
