For a while I would have a glass of screwball and a glass of grape Dr. mcgillicuddy. Called it my PB&Jelly desert

 

Blech. Other than mixing it into a hot toddy, that stuff is WAY too sweet for me. No judgements on your manhood (I used to think that ice-cold Twisted Tea H&H was pretty good ); other than a well-iced rum I just can't stand the sweet stuff any more.

Don't care for it much on the rocks, but a shot of it in hot cocoa while you're ice fishing is pretty damn good.

 

I only drink it neat. I do like it on the rocks but it's easier to just walk over to by whisky shelf and get more. Less steps

I haven't had twisted tea in a loooong time. Yeah I have a sweet tooth for alcohol which is weird because outside of drinking I am not a fiend for it. I'm overweight due to ribs and barbecue and pasta. Twinkies ain't my issue.

 

Figured I'd ask, doubt anyone is, but is anyone in the market for a bedroom set? It's an Ashley Furniture set

 

Well... struck out at the liquor store tonight. They didn’t have either of the gins that Noel recommended and they were out of Captain Private Stock!

Whatcha got? Coincidentally, I could be a player. My youngest said he doesn’t want his race car bed (crazy, I know) and wants a ‘big boy’ set. Not sure if i’m ready to give in or not though...

 

Well the ex hasnt cleaned up her clothes that are all over the floor but I'll look up the style again. Its 2 night stands, queen size frame with head and foot boards, and mens and womens dressers with the womens having a mirror

 

@Pugga It's a signature series, Windlore set, i got the set cheaper than buying it off this site, the night stands have 2 USB ports each as well. I just havent put the screws in yet

Unfortunately the bed isnt for sale, as it was gifted to ex from her brother, but i paid for the whole bedroom set. BJs usually has decent prices on mattresses though

Oh i thought you were just talking about the mattress and box spring. If you look at the bottom of the previous page I linked a site with everything on it

Yes but the idea of “I built that” means something to me. If I do the drawer organizers I’ll do it from my scrap wood from this project. I have enough of it. It’s Free, it’s resourceful, and more importantly it’d be hand made.

 

Add 1 shot glass screwball pb, 1/2 shot vanilla vodka to hot chocolate. Add whipped cream on top if you're a girly-man (must read that part in Arnold's voice..). It's pretty sorority girl, but damn good especially mid-day skiing or post skiing.

 

We doing mixing stuff? Equal parts sheep dog peanut butter and bird dog chocolate tastes like movie theater popcorn.

Just took a look, I think that’s a bit much for my 5 year old! I had in my mind that you were off loading some old furniture, like maybe twin sized with a dresser. Little over the top for my little guy although I bet he could jamb a lot of legos in all those drawers!

 

No worries! I bought everything new, that was the only thing i paid full price for lol. Everything else i have came from a discount furniture store
