This looks awesome. Let us know how long it takes for the smell to subside. Ever heard of these getting stolen? I would think if it’s garage it doesn’t matter but maybe at like the store or something? I want to buy but don’t want it ripped out the back haha

I’ve had mine in for a week now, in AZ also, and smell is really diminished

I've never personally heard of them stolen, but there's been a thread on it. It was a but clunky to move around. In AZ it gets pretty hot so I would think in the summer people wouldn't wanna bear hug this thing to carry it off haha.

Mine arrived this week. Hope to install it this weekend. Any problem with the antenna clearing the rear bar?

:rofl:That made me laugh and brought up memories of being a teenager working on my trucks. My dad gave me a hard time and said anytime I left the shop he’d walk up the long driveway picking up tools that I’d tucked away into god knows where that bounced out as I drove away

Debadged the doors. It’s pretty easy. For anyone that wants to try it all you do is get some fishing line and use it to cut through the double sided tape on the back of the emblem. Just work the fishing line back and forth with a little bit of tension and it should cut through fairly easy. Once the Tacoma emblem is off then there’s the not so easy task of removing the left over tape/glue residue. Get yourself some goo gone and spray it on the glue. Let it set for a few minutes and it should soften it up a bit. Now you can either gently scrape at it with a plastic puddy knife like I did but you most likely will have some micro scratches once your done.. I just used some compound then some polish to clean it up after. If I had to do it again I would buy a heat gun or use a blow dryer to make it a lot easier.. anywho I think it looks much cleaner without the big chrome badge.C8EE138A-C894-4789-B27A-18AA8765D228.jpg

I did a Pioneer 4660. Fit good. Not as nice as the 6000 series, but I didn’t have to get a whole new bezel.

Rubber tip, long soft bristles, brush bends to any shape and easily bends back, no scratching whatsoever in my experience. After I'm done with it I rinse it and hang it up to dry or lay in in the plastic carton it comes in to air dry. The bristles always go back to their original shape.

I use these for around lug nuts and valve stems only:

and these for interior vents/ center console/ shifter, also soft enough for around exterior paint emblems or as I call em wax catchers:

Lol I thought you guys would enjoy my story. Still don't know how it fell and fit between there so perfectly, I tried to pull it out with a strong magnet on a telescopic rod but it kept getting stuck.
