There’s some really talented machinist in here, I’ve been one going on 26 years. I love it, I work in a small job shop and we do a lot of prototype work, always something different. How about you?

 

i'm a total home gamer guy at this point. been tinkering for a couple years but my day job is in software. I just really love solving problems that require parts not off the shelf. My mill and lathe have been a game changer for me! I ride motorcycles, am building a sprinter van for moto camping use and generally just learning a ton.

 

It's always fun when those problems can be solved with liberal application of a BFH too. Have you put up a build thread of the sprinter? I bet there's some creative solutions in there for moto camping

 

I haven't put up a thread here, just a photo album on fb. i can totally do a brain dump, there's some interesting puzzles to solve in there for sure.
