Toyota no longer publishes paper manuals...

You can get a short membership at Toyota TIS and download the information if you want.

    https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/appmanager/t3/ti?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=ti_home_page&contextType=external&username=string&password=secure_string&challenge_url=https://techinfo.toyota.com/techInfoPortal/login/techinfo&request_id=-4905487149781055596&authn_try_count=0&locale=en_US&resource_url=https://techinfo.toyota.com/

Subscription access to TIS is offered in 2 day, monthly, or yearly terms following the pricing model seen in the table. Three subscription types are available so you can choose the level of support needed

    Rates for a Standard Subscription:
    2 Day - $20.00
    Monthly - $90.00
    Yearly - $480.00

They also have Professional and Security Professional at significantly higher rates.
    $65.00 for 2 days and $1,295.00 for a year.

the inlet to the thermostat (where the words are pointing in the picture), is closed off until around 176° in which case it allows the coolant to pass through the radiator. Otherwise the coolant is mostly flowing around the engine block, bypass tube, heater core, and oil cooler.

Thanks for the info all. Really would like to get my hands on a FSM. I see them on eBay and other websites but they are expensive and I don’t trust that I will get what I am buying.

There are still some links floating around online with some of the manuals. An easier way, is to join toyota TIS for a day and download it right from the horses mouth.
