Honestly that looks pretty sick. Mind sharing some info on the lift specs? You have to do anything like extended brake lines for a lift that tall?

How bad are 285/75r16s gonna rub on factory TRD offroad wheels and suspension?

Did you have to drill any holes or modify anything to get your spare to fit? I tried to get mine but it was resting on metal.

Update: already pushed back the tabs.

I’ll throw in a photo to contribute to the thread.

I didn’t even push the tabs back, just pulled it towards the hitch as it cranked up. I should stop being lazy and relocate the hoist

Haha then I should have no issues. I’m a figure it out and if all else fails, drill the two holes. Thanks!

Pulling the 265s off on Wednesday! Going with 285/75/17 Toyo AT3s and Method 305s. Plan to go with the more flush mount center caps and replace the stainless bolts with all black. I’ll post pics on Wednesday. In the SD, CA area if anyone wants to buy the tires/wheels coming off, just DM me!

265s off...285s on. BMC and icon front coil overs and rear shocks. Kept the stock UCAs and it rides perfect. If your in San Diego hit up Eric at Street Trenz in El Cajon. Super honest dude. Talked me out of a few things and could’ve taken double my money:headbang:upload_2021-2-24_18-24-19.jpg

Correct, the center caps slide in from the back and the only way to do that is with the wheels off. No worries, not a stupid question.

C load falken m/t 285/70/17. I haven't done an actual mpg calculation but the screen now shows 15-16 mpg combined city and hwy. Was at 20-21 mpg stock.

If you could, see if a shop can do it for you. It literally will take them less than 5 minutes per wheel. Zip of the lugs, pull the tire, slide the center cap in, rebolt tire and off you go :) Maybe worth a shot before trying to do a return. The low profile center caps makes all the difference on these method wheels. Good luck in whatever you decide. Take care.

 It will look awesome. If I couldn’t get the Meso center caps, I never would have bought the method wheels I did. I personally couldn’t stand the long cone center cap and so glad I scored a set of his center caps.

me again...sorry man. Just got the wheels on yesterday and went to put on the black bolts. It looks like a 13mm socket is a fit but it’s scratching the hell out of the lip. Any tips? I’m about to call it and return them honestly...also any rusting on yours? Looks like some people have reported rusting after a few months. Thanks again
