That looks nice, but most places it would make the police get angry.

Just carry donuts and you can bribe your way out of tickets...

All kidding aside, we have a few close family friends that are local officers... I'm ex military, military license plate, and served as a local volunteer firefighter for quite a while. The fire dept had a sheriff's office in the back...

Most cops around here don't waste their time -JUST- for tint, normally if they use that as the excuse it was just to get you pulled over for suspicion. Best thing you can ever do when being pulled over, regardless of tint, is completely shut the vehicle off, roll all windows down, and turn the interior lights on if it's night time. This let's the cops clearly see inside the vehicle, know you're not trying to hide anything, or run. This helps them feel safe. Then be polite... Goes a long way. And these steps also help hide tint...

I know people who got tickets for tint, 2 different scenarios... One, they were pulled over for a moving violation, followed the above steps and was very polite, the cop didn't give them a ticket for the moving violation and instead gave them a tint ticket... No points on license... I'd be grateful.

Second, they got pulled over, were rude... Got tickets for moving violation and tint... Double the suck.

Still... It's illegal. And I can definitely be ticketed for it. And if that happens I will pay the ticket without complaining. If it becomes a recurring issue I will remove the windshield tint, and re-tint the windshield in Air80 ceramic like my last 4 vehicles.

I had all black vehicles and always use the sun shade, makes a huge difference in the summer and saves your interior plastic.

Looks nice! I wish it was legal here... It’s not even legal here to tint front passenger windows, but I did it anyway. Hate the look of clear windows.

Honestly I think I’ll have to buy into that this summer. My work lot has no shade cover. Sick of listening to the guys I drive in crying about how hot it is.

I tried to get a window tint prescription from my eye doctor and he got angry. I think you can't drive at night then. But I would not tint the windows and draw the suspicion and risk getting pulled over.

In did the install myself and saved some bucks! Used that saved money to buy the "old man" dash mat. Bed mat and rubber liners for the cup holders on order. I'm all about these big changes to make it handle better and get more horse power.

Your mods are likely smarter, and more functional, than some of the others I see on here.
