    What is everyone's dream 2nd Gen Taco?

    Could be something actually made, such as DC long bed V6 TRD Sport... Or something that you wish they made, such as DC short bed with the 5.7 Tundra V8 (I have no idea if it would actually fit the engine bay, haha)...

    Mine would be a 4x4 SR5 Reg Cab, with buckets, power options (mirrors, doors locks, and windows), and Mitsubishi's 4M41 Turbodiesel (have driven L200's overseas, and love the torque you can get outta that sucker).

    Sorry if this already exists. Searched and couldn't find.

    steve, i never even thought about that. I love the look of the first gen extra cabs! Especially black with just a hint of chrome. So sexy.

    :thumbsup: I just want the build quality of the first gens in a new truck, not to start a generation war or anything lol.

    I'm a simple man, just want a DC LB with TRD OR package... had to choose between DC LB or OR package, damn it! I'll probably add an ARB locker to mine at some point... it's an expensive PITA but still easier than trying to add on a longer bed after purchase :rolleyes:

    HBTacoma's got the cloest thing to what I would want if I had the opportunity. I would probably go with different wheels, but I just love the look;
