Yea, we watch them all the time. There's a off-shoot series called Masterdistiller. A competition show. We like that one a lot too. It's super educational. Thing is, they've only had one episode where the goal was to produce high proof alcohol. If I ever get into this, and I definitely see it happening in the future, that will be my goal every time. I'd rather have some high octane flavored stuff for shots, and sipping around a campfire.
