Northern Virginia Roll Call

She wouldn't even eat initially. Or drink. Finally got her to eat something last night. Her favorite: Chick Fil A nuggets. This morning got her to eat burgers and taters pureed in the blender.

 

So it only took losing her teeth to achieve every dog's dream of eating human food. Poor girl...

 

If only that were true. That dog is so freaking spoiled. She gets very expensive dog food AND frequent trips for nuggets. She knows the word "chicken" very well. Also loves soft serve ice cream. The people that work at the place we go to know who she is because she barks for it.

 

That's awesome!!! Now we all know what to get her for her birthday.....ice cream gift cards!

 

You would be her new favorite human!

 

Awww, poor girl. It's always hard to get Tony to eat after anesthesia as well.

She seem better today. Swelling has gone down a little. Although you wouldn't know because it's migrated to the other side as well. Thanks!

 

This is her third big adventure. She's not fun afterward that's for sure. I haven't slept for two nights because she wanders around at night crying.

So the guy who did the picture has made some bucks off his greyhound. He's publish two "greyhound dictionaries" and has tons of other swag. Unfortunately, we cut it off her last night. But no worries, we have another one! I have officially become a crazy greyhound person.

 

Tony has finally recovered from his paw and elbow issues. It's nice not having to walk him for every bathroom break.

 

Good. Amazing the things we do for our pets.

 

Had to unload the old skid to load up the boxes......install tomorrow!!!!! Didn't someone say they wanted to buy the trd skid?
