I wonder how much property taxes increase when you build a house on it I still have much research to do. I know the wife would happy to be closer to family, I'd be close as well, since my eldest brother lives in anne arundel County MD

Mom still pines over how much she misses her time living in VA, other than the "extreme" temperature differences from there compared to here it would definitely be a positive move as far as QOL

Of all types of weather, hot & humid is the one I hate the most...probably because it's the one I'm least familiar with lol.

 

The nostalgia of finding Toaster Scrambles at the grocery store awhile back has faded after eating them for breakfast at work every day since...now they're kind of disgusting

I want an airaid intake tube for my tundra but they’re discontinued and I’m sad... the only other option is the k&n setup... it reuses the stock box... but like hell am I running an oiled filter or paying $300 bucks for what’s just a tube since the filters useless to me...

 

Yeeaaaa I definitely don't look forward to the humidity if we move back. But the possibility of have property is just too tempting. I'm conflicted for sure lol
