    Under 3" is generally fine. 2.5" is for sure fine. And even failed CV boots isn't an "expensive disaster". Keep gathering information for a while before you start dispensing it Young Padawan.

    Thanks for the input! This is my current setup. 17x8 with a 25mm offset and 285/70-17. From center to the fender I'm at 22.75 in. Im putting new wheels on it and they are 17x9 with a -12mm offset. I know I'll need to trim some. I'm running fox 2.0 that are adjustable. That's why I'm wondering what the max hieght is. I also have a 1in diff drop.

    Technically no, you can probably get alignment without it. But I find the truck tracks a little better at speed with some JBAs.
